24 volt 4 brush motor

What do i need for a control box?
I also need to run a jack shaft off the motor to the other side to the wheel. So I don'thave to replace the belt drive on the motor side but to the Rear wheel has a 41 tooth not sure what tooth size to get for the right side of the jack shaft
