My 8 year old son just go a Razor Dirt Quad 500. It is the
perfect size for him and with room to grow. He loves it but gets frustrated
because it has trouble going up hills even small ones. It will go up hills on
full change but very slowly. The hills are not supper steep in fact his old
stock Power Wheels Jeep Hurricane had no problem with them.
So I’m looking to upgrade the batters to 22Ah anyway for
longer run time. Should I add another and go 48V or stay 36V and upgrade to a
1000W motor. Or should I be looking at changing the sprocket size?
The speed is great thought he may want more as he gets
older. For now I want more torque for hills and maybe a slight speed increase.
