Upgrade Evo 36v 1000w

Hi, Is it possible to upgrade my battery pack to lithium batteries? I have the Evo 36v 1000w scooter. If so what batteries will I need and will I need to change anything else along with the new batteries? Will I need a new charger to go with it for instance? Thanks for any help.

Yes, the EVO 36 Volt 1000 Watt electric scooter's lead-acid batteries can be replaced with a lithium battery. The Evo and Uberscoot 36 Volt 1000 Watt scooters have a controller rated for 35 Amps, so a lithium battery with a maximum continuous discharge rating of 35 Amps or higher will be needed. 


The only solution that we currently have for this is our 36 Volt 50Ah battery which is available on this page: https://electricscooterparts.com/LiFePO4-battery-36V-50Ah.html


This is a big battery though so I am not sure how it will fit in the scooter.
