Hi again need your help again. Iv got a razor e200 with a 350w 24v . Tryed overvolting to 36v but the standard controller did not take it. So Iv got it back on 24v running as it shod . I.e battrys going into the controller the so on. But I am looking to use this SPDT on,off,on switch. But want it to go from the motor the to the switch & the strait from the battery's. Is that possible. So when using the scooter I can use the twist grip to make it run but the if I use the switch when running full power I can switch it on and it will run from the 24v battery's through the switch them to the moter if that makes sense. I have been told that if I was to bypass the controller and went from the 24v battrys to the motor u get more out of it as the controller hold some power back is that true. So if I was to go straight from battrys to moter will it be more faster. & can it be done that I can still charge the battery's as it shod be done . Fm but then switch it over to full 24v or I could do it so when the switch is used as I switch it on I will be bypassing the controller as it's wired up from the motor to the switch then from the battrys iver 24v or 36v to the switch. Will that work . As it no going though the controller when using the switch. Do u think this will work . Overvolting was mad it was flying . So I really want 36v again but with melting the controller. So like I say by used the switch and the wires not going into the controller just 36v or 24v straight to the moter . What do u think
It's a SPSt switch I need worked it out . Could of used the other one but would of had to put the - to top & - to bottom of the three & then out the + to the middle as that's the power block sm I right , Please tell me I sm learning lol. Sorry about the other power pack topic I started but I do need to no is this there a was of using the the standard controller 24v so charging is good but wirer it up so when using the a switch I can bypass the controller and switch from 24v standard to 36 v by the switch can it be done
Need your help with this contoller u sed the 1st one in the pic will work for about 20sec . Is it because it needs more moss fets . Iv Sen one controller with 12 of them I put that pic up as well if u can tell me if that one will work The 1st pic u sed will not last long . But the other ones have 9 to 12 moss fets will that work . I see that the 1st one it only has 3 so I can see why that would not larst . But the other ones Iv found have 9 to 12 . Will that work . If not any of them will a dimmer switch allow me to control the power and speed . I just don't like them other speed contollers Iv gone tho so meany of them . & when u contact the shop they don't want to no . That's y I am looking for a way round the normal type of controllers . Iv Seen one with 12 fets inside & a fan . It's £24 but if it's about keeping it cool sure that one would work .
I have not used one of those type of controllers on an electric scooter before so I am not sure how they would hold up or if they would overheat. Has anyone else used one of these type of controllers on a scooter before?
If you want to make a battery pack with a switch that changes it from a 24 Volt pack to a 36 Volt pack, and visa-versa, wiring directions for that are shown on this forum topic.
Overvolting wow wow
Iv just overvolted my e200 200w 24v standard to 350w 36v and its flys . Did it the hard wire way. May not be the way some of u would of done it but it's flys . The standard controller would not take the 36v. Snd the cheep China one are no good. Tryed them . So I bypassed the controller. Taking it out & bilding a 36v pack with a relay. Then put the motor wires one to the Battey pack & the othe lead to the switch . With has to be a SPSt switch. I packed the battrys in lots more room no controller. Plus I did a cover to go over the other battry , not bad . I charge one 12v battry by a different charger . As u can see in the pic . & I charge the other two 24v with the standard charger not. Hard to do am look for a a way to control the power as it realy go now so fast u can not stand on it and turn it on . It will throw u off . So looking to use s dimmer switch as well so u can bring the power in But wow it go some
